For the purposes of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002 of services of information society and electronic commerce, I expressly consent that the data collected through the forms in http://www.fundacionvicenteferrer.org be included in an automated personal data file property of the FUNDACION VICENTE FERRER, whose purpose is to arrange sponsorship for children, members collaboration, participation in the project "Woman to Woman" and other social collaborations in financing the projects of the FUNDACION VICENTE FERRER. Unless you uncheck the box provided for the purpose on the forms, your data will be used in information campaigns for social events and projects of the Foundation and of associated products and services, such as publishers and financial institutions, which devote a percentage of their income to our foundation. Fields with an asterisk are compulsory, so that non-completion will prevent the processing of your collaboration with the Fundación Vicente Ferrer.
By sending any of these forms, the user agrees that the information is stored and processed on Internet servers VICENTE FERRER FOUNDATION has sub-contracted with Spanish company Acens Technologies Ltd. Similarly, the user agrees that the name and full address are communicated to RDT Rural Development Trust, an organisation legally established in India, for the management of correspondence. India and the U.S. are countries that do not have an equivalent to Spanish data protection laws, in spite of which the Fundación Vicente Ferrer guarantees that the data will be used exclusively for the aforementioned social purposes and will be treated with total confidentiality.
FUNDACIÓN VICENTE FERRER, registered office in Calle Paris 71, 3rd floor, 08029, Barcelona, guarantees the right of access, amendment, cancellation and objection to the data stored, upon receipt of a written request.
